Becoming Mrs. Honey Bunches...

Yes, I am such a girl!  My Honey Bunches and I just watched our pre and post wedding montages again on the computer.  It's amazing how music and photos can immediately transport you to a moment in time, isn't it?!  Your heart swells, your eyes tear, you are there again...in the most breathtaking moment of your life.  Walking down the aisle, married to the man of your dreams.  In an instant a wife.  Plans for the future exploding in your brain, but at the same time wishing you could grab hold of this moment and stay in it forever...

Ahhh, love, romance....

It's almost our three month anniversary, and you know how I enjoy hopping on the memory lane train, so you grab a comfy spot and I'll go ahead and get my tissues!

My sweet Honey Bunches put that together a few days before the wedding when I, as all of you brides out there know, was running around like a chicken with it's head cut off, tail plucked out, and on Prednisone (literally). Again, another story for another day... 

The photos were from our engagement shoot at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens.  We had them taken in June 2010 and it was hotter than...well you know the rest!  We were seriously in a record heat wave and my face was shinin' in places it's never shined before.  I'm definitely not one of those gals who glisten, and I'm thankful my Honey Bunches loves me just the way that I am. (Sing it Martina!)  

Our photographer, Nathan, was wonderful.  He had even brought hand towels for us to wipe down our lovely non-glistening selves in between shots.  Despite the scorching heat of the day, my sweet man and I still look back and smile (and snuggle) while looking at these photos.  Now they hold an even more special place in our hearts by being a part of our wedding day.
