Our First "Date"

Chick-fil-a.  Yes, I am thankful for Chick-fil-a but it's not their delicious chicken biscuits I'm thinking of.  You see, this Chick-fil-a was the spot where Honey Bunches and I went out to eat together for the first time.  Two years ago today, exactly, we were readying ourselves for our school's fall festival.  We had worked together planning "Old Fashioned Day" (which was on the same day as the festival which = long day for everyone!).  Neither of us had taken a moment to eat lunch that day at school and we were famished.  Honey B. suggested we go get a bite before the fall festival began.  Keep in mind, at this time, we were "just friends".  We drove separately and had a wonderful, quick dinner.  Of course, Honey B. says this was all a part of the "big plan" and that he was working his magic even then!  I agree, of course! Here are a couple of photos of us at "Old Fashioned Day" two years ago.

Tonight we reminisced by going to the same Chick-fil-a before this year's fall festival.  Here's a shot from tonight's romantic dinner.

Later we enjoyed working the photo booth at the school fall festival.  This lovely phone photo was of us at the end of the night.  So glad to be going home together this time!

Day 4
I am so thankful for memories of good times in my life.  Looking back remembering joys, butterflies, and laughs makes me look forward to many more future memory making moments!
