One year ago today we enjoyed this at our beautifully perfect wedding...

Guess what we found in our refrigerator when we got home from our anniversary trip last night?


Yes this!!

My wonderful "other" mother, who made our delicious wedding cake, promised us that she would make us a first anniversary cake. A fresh, delicious reminder of our day.  Our spice cake with cream cheese icing...

Which led to this...

It was just as delicious as we remembered!!
